Summer, again.
It's kinda sad, and not at all like high school.
All because I had to go and get attached to people...

What if I went and taught English in Thailand?
I say this, because I am looking at Global Vision International's website, the part that says, "Teach English in Thailand!" I'm also listening to Swedish electronica and uploading pictures from Pocket. Talk about contrast.
It amused me, so I wanted to write about it.

A revelation!
While I was running on the ellipctical machine today, reading "God's Big Picture" by Vaughan Roberts, I discovered something that causes the Bible to make a whole lot more sense to me. The Bible is not about people, more specifically, it's not about me. It's not about my salvation or my way of life (how selfish of me to think so). The Bible is all about God. Instead of looking at a passage of scripture and asking myself, what is this telling me to me, what is it telling me about me, I should ask, "What is the telling me about God?"
Wow! What a relief that is. I don't have to try and find an applicaton for every verse. This new idea is, like, telling me to be still and know that He is God.
What a huge eye opener! What an amazing thing! How cool! How great!
And it makes me happy.
