I saw one Fair Isle sweater in a shop window at Lizard Thicket in Newnan, Georgia last winter and stopped myself to get a better look at the description. I'd seen that pattern before, I'm sure, but I didn't know it had a name, and I never realized how lovely, cozy, and plain awesome it was.

For good measure, I want to through in this beach Baja hoodie, too. It's not Fair Isle, no, but it is cozy, and ever since I saw Michael Sutton with one, I've wanted to snuggle up in one myself.
